About Poolwerx Westfield

We opened our Poolwerx Westfield store in Spring of 2025. We opened last year as Poolwerx Noblesville, which is a mobile only business. We knew when we opened that we wanted to plant roots in the area with a storefront so that we could serve more clients. With most pool owners being DIY, we wanted to make sure we could provide a resource and serve those who choose to self-service their pools.

Poolwerx Westfield is owned by Jessica Thomas, who was born and raised in Noblesville. She grew up playing spring league soccer in Westfield off of Spring Mill Road, long before Springmill Commons or Grand Park existed. Jessica has been active in the Westfield community over the years with Westfield Rocks Referrals Group, which meets in Viking Meadows Clubhouse. The major draw to this group is giving back to the community, which is important to Jessica and the rest of the Poolwerx Westfield staff.

In addition to offering a retail store and in-store water testing, Poolwerx Westfield offers weekly maintenance, chemical delivery, equipment repair and replacement, pool remodeling, vinyl liner repairs, acid washing, pressure washing, green-to-cleans, spa maintenance, and more! We look forward to serving Westfield, Indiana and the surrounding areas!

I’m not sure where to begin! We have had our pool for almost 3 seasons now and we were constantly having issues (think white mold on steroids) with it. We did this and that since that’s what a pool company told us to do, after $$$$, and time nothing seemed to work. We felt so defeated last season when we closed it but decided to deal with it spring of 25. So jump to March of this year, we decided to hire Poolwerx to take care of the chemicals for the summer. Jessica came out and opened our pool, I was mortified what it looked like and she just kept staying very optimistic that we would get it up and running. I won’t get into all the details but Jessica and the whole Poolwerx team did not give up until they figured out the problem AND how to fix the problem. We were amazed with how determined they all were, and sure enough they got it to be so clear and safe to swim! We cannot thank Jessica and the Poolwerx team for being so amazing and helping us get our pool back to how it should be! The customer service is above and beyond and we laugh about how we feel like Jessica is a close family friend now because of what she has been through with our pool! So LONG story short, don’t look anywhere else, Jessica and the Poolwerx team are the people to hire and go to for all your pool and spa needs!
