Thankfully, the owners stepped in and went above and beyond. Their communication was excellent. They responded quickly, kept us updated, and made sure we felt taken care of. Even with the icy conditions, they came out right away and managed to save our equipment. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge made all the difference. Melanie and her staff have been so helpful with our new pool. We don't know anything about pools since we're first timers and Poolwerx has helped us tremendously. Very prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable of anything pool related. The pool cleaning service is fantastic and worth every penny. Can't say enough good things about this company. Poolwerx - Haslet saved our pool. Our pump was destroyed during the February freeze, and I was unable to get a replacement, due to all the shortages in pool equipment. Many companies wouldn't return calls or emails, and those that did said they wouldn't even come out to look at my system due to difficulty getting equipment. After months of frustration, I was referred to Poolwerx - Haslet, by a pump manufacturer. Melanie, the owner, not only returned my call quickly, but came to look at our system the very next day. She said she could get equipment, and offered me three options, 1- install a single speed pump (not recommended, but available almost immediately), 2- wait several more weeks hoping to get a same brand two-speed, or variable speed, pump, or 3- switch to different brand variable speed pump, which could be installed within 2 weeks. We went with option 3. Melanie kept me updated on scheduling issues, which were difficult due to all the recent rain, and sent Charlie out during a lull in the rain on Monday, 5/24/21. Charlie got the pump installed, despite dodging a few rain squalls, and our pool is currently functioning again. Charlie also spent a little extra time showing me the basic functions of the new pump, and answering questions on how to deal with all the issues created by the fact that the pool has been sitting there without a pump/filtration for last 3 months. Again, they saved our pool, and our kids will be able to enjoy the pool this summer as planned. - Mark
