Local Pool Expert Awarded for Exceptional Customer Care
After 10 years of providing top customer service to local pool owners, Trevor Gossmann of Poolwerx has been acknowledged for his efforts winning the Pleatco Customer Care Award 2015.
The award recognises a pool technician that has displayed exceptional care, education and service to customers. Trevor is one of the senior technicians for the Poolwerx USA Phoenix business and is very passionate about his job.
“I always try to do the right thing by both my clients and the Poolwerx brand,” he said. “I love this job and the diversity it brings. Being allowed in someone’s backyard means you get to know them and their individual needs, and nothing brings me more pleasure than assisting in bringing families together in a happy, healthy and beautiful pool environment.”
Originally working in the automotive industry, Trevor’s technical background has proven an advantage in learning the mechanical side of the pool service industry.
He services various local homes and commercial properties, as well as equipment and is known for his key diagnosis skills.
“Life in the pool business is never boring and what we do is important! It is vital for the safety and health of our customers to get the water balance right. All equipment needs to be running optimally and the pool area needs to be fenced and safe for swimming.
“I truly care about my customers and I’m very excited to have won this award, especially with so many other worthy candidates out there.”
John O’Brien founder of Poolwerx said customers and co-workers were constantly impressed with Trevor’s customer service skills.
“Nothing is too much trouble for Trevor, he never walks away from a job and is always pleasant and friendly,” he said. “His technical skills are superior and he is often called upon to deliver training to his peers and co-workers.
