As our retail manager, Matthew’s dedication to ensuring our customers have a great experience is unmatched. From answering questions to resolving issues, Matthew goes above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy.

Kaylyn

Kaylyn has been a valuable part-time member who has been with us since our retail doors first opened. We are particularly proud of Kaylyn’s commitment to her education, as she balances her work with a full-time college schedule. With a major in interior design and a minor in marketing, Kaylyn’s passion for creativity and innovation has been a great asset to our team.

Taylor is a part-time member of our retail team and a full-time college student. She is a student at Liberty University and is pursuing a degree in aviation, with the ultimate goal of being a commercial airline pilot. Taylor brings her strong work ethic and attention to detail to our team.

Alex has been with us since the beginning, as our first pool technician. Today he works in both the field as a technician, and in the retail store. Working in both areas has given Alex a unique perspective and makes him a great resource for our clients. In his free time, Alex enjoys creating artwork.

Logan is a pool maintenance technician who is not only dedicated to keeping pools healthy, but also keeping our country safe. He is a member of the Texas Army National Guard and is preparing for deployment to Syria from June 2024-February 2025. We are grateful for Logan’s service to our country and he will return to Poolwerx when he comes home.

Killian is a pool maintenance technician who brings the precision and discipline of his military background. Prior to working for Poolwerx, he was an Infantry Officer in the Mountain Infantry Brigade. In his free time, you can find Killian working out or golfing.
